The hotel has stunning views of the Danube from the balcony.

I faced multiple issues during my stay. The heating system was faulty, leaving my room uncomfortably cold at night. When I approached the staff for assistance, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful, contributing to my frustration. To make matters worse, the hotel wifi was extremely slow, making it impossible to work or browse effectively, which was a major inconvenience.

I had an exceptional experience at the Four Points by Sheraton Budapest Danube. The staff at the front desk were impressively warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views of the Danube River right from the room. It’s convenient for anyone looking to stroll to local attractions. I found many of Budapest's highlights within easy reach. I did encounter some issues. The room lacked a coffee machine despite what was advertised, limiting my morning options to instant coffee. the bathroom could benefit from a soap holder. Even though I requested a second seat for the balcony, it was delivered quickly, which I appreciated. It’s a modern hotel with great potential overall, especially for those seeking a relaxing stay with scenic views.

Recommend it for relaxation seekers

The views were amazing, looking over the Danube and it really was a sight to wake up to each morning. The staff went above and beyond, even upgraded us to a balcony room without us asking, really felt special.

It wasn’t cheap, but considering the experience, it was still reasonable.

The room had a balcony with an inner courtyard view and a fridge. It was super spacious with a walk-in shower. Loved the hardwood floors and how quiet it was. Enjoyed the fitness center too. Staff was great, really helpful in making our stay comfy and enjoyable. Perfect location, just a nice stroll away from the city center.
